Anniversary Celebration

We're rolling out the red carpet, gold labels, and firing up the pits for our 15th Anniversary. Mark your calendars and call all your friends!

Saturday, October 16th

Treaty Oak Barrel Reserve Rum Special Release - 12pm
With only 144 bottles available, this almost-5 year old rum is sure to go fast! Sales begin at noon and will only be sold at the tents near Alice's Restaurant. Limit 2 bottles per ID. 

BBQ Expo - 1pm
Some of our very favorite pitmasters are flexing hard to create specialty BBQ bites and bits for you to enjoy. Elias Vidal and the team from Alice's Restaurant will be offering mini black truffle mushroom and cheese enchiladas topped with Treaty Oak blonde ale marinated tri tip. Robert Lerma, The Curry Boys, Backline Smokers, and Hurtado BBQ will be smoking 5-star selections sure to make your mouth water. Alice's Restaurant will be open from 12pm-9pm with the full menu as well. 

A $5 ticket will get you a small plate from one of our featured chefs. Coming hungry? Go big and buy a $50 wristband which includes a cocktail and unlimited BBQ from these masters all day long. Tickets and wristbands will be sold at the tents near Alice's Restaurant. 

Live Music - 3 to 6pm
Get down to some boogie woogie blues with the Henry Herbert Blues Combo. This is one piano man you won't want to miss!

Open House Distillery Tours - 12pm to 5pm
Come explore our distillery and engage with our knowledgeable team members about the equipment, grains, water, and processes used to make our Treaty Oak Whiskeys and Waterloo Gins! No tickets or reservations needed - just come on in!

Cocktails for a Cause
Our best-selling cocktail is crafted with Treaty Oak Ghost Hill Texas Bourbon, black tea, fresh lemon juice, and house-made mint simple syrup. $1 for every Hill Country Dreaming cocktail sold on site will go to the Southern Smoke charity to help support service industry members in need. Cheers!
